Personal Touch Sessions

Join Nicole and Heather with Time for a Massage for our Spring Personal Touch Sessions. 

 

  • Monday, March 25th 7:00pm-we’ll have you fill out a form for Heather to address any pain or issues you may be having before, during or after exercising. 

  • Monday, April 8th 7:00pm

  • Monday, April 15th 7:00pm

  • Monday, April 22nd 7:00pm

  • Monday, April 29th 7:00pm 


Hang out with Nicole and take your workout to the next level with strength-building, body sculpting, feel good fitness in a small group setting. Target key muscle groups while improving body awareness to get the maximum results from your fitness routine. Personal Touch sessions also help improve mobility, posture and strength technique, so you'll get the most out of every class. 

Heather Ulrich, Licensed Massage Therapist will be demonstrating how you can incorporate massage into your wellness plan. Learn about trigger point therapy to keep pain away and recover faster from your workout. She'll teach you different techniques using various tools that you can do after a workout or at home! She will also be available for advice on an individual basis, so bring any muscle questions you may have!

Each session will be approximately 30 minutes. In the first 10 minutes of every session Heather will address your forms and talk about pain or issues you experience in your body while working out. We also have a special gift for you! 

$10 per session-or $45 for all 5 sessions. ($35 if you've already paid to participate in the challenge-you get one free session!)
