Meet the Founder - Nicole Hedlund Sommers

When I was 20, a friend took me to my first Jazzercise class, and I knew I'd found my place from the moment I entered the room and the music started. Two years later I became an instructor, and that energy and buzz became my constant - in Florida during my Disney Culinary Apprenticeship, while I owned a pastry shop in Colorado, and even while pregnant with twins. Moving back to Fargo/Moorhead, there was no Jazzercise where I could teach, so I opened Jazzercise Fargo. For 8 years we held classes at the skating rink, the Pracs building, a dance studio, and even a coffee shop.

As I searched for a location, I realized the need for a space where other fitness professionals could share their passion and people in the community could come together to move and connect. Inspired by the concept of Body Vibe, from the book "The Bone Broth Breakthrough" — your Body Vibe is something that lights you up, gives you energy, makes you feel strong, confident, sexy and beautiful - that is exactly what Jazzercise has been for me for over 30 years. My goal with Vibe Fitness is to give that gift of finding their Body Vibe to everyone who experiences a class here.

Meet your Jazzercise Fit Pro, Chenise Tandsater!

We think this smile says it all! Chenise has been a Jazzercise Fit Pro for almost 8 years and each year she lives by her motto and gets stronger. A class with Chenise will challenge you, make you feel more confident, and it will definitely be the best part of your day.

You can join Chenise for a class every Tuesday & Thursday at 5:45pm and every other Saturday at 8:00am.

Meet your Jazzercise Fit Pro, Jill Sauvageau Staffne.

Jill has been rocking the Jazzercise stage for over 6 years! Her favorite class to teach is no surprise to anyone, as her strength and sass make you feel so powerful afterwards! Jill loves the dedication she sees in our community and knows they live by her motto, especially when they show up to class in the freezing cold.

You can catch a Strength 30 class with Jill every Tuesday at noon and a Power Sculpt class every Wednesday at 6:00pm.

Meet your Jazzercise Fit Pro, Chaz Hubert!

Chaz just celebrated her 5th year as a Jazzercise Fit Pro! Over the years, we’ve witnessed her confidence soar and her unwavering dedication inspires our community to grow stronger and build their confidence with every class. Her go-to song says it all—no matter what you have going on in your life you can always rely on Chaz and an energizing, kick-butt Jazzercise class to lift you up and keep you moving forward.

Join Chaz every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30am for a LO Cardio Sculpt class-the perfect mix of lo cardio (no hopping) and strength.

Meet your Jazzercise Fit Pro, Chanda Woinarowicz!

Chanda took her motto seriously last April when she took the leap and became a Jazzercise Fit Pro. She is a strong and powerful instructor, and you'll always leave her class feeling like you can conquer whatever the day brings your way.

You can catch a class with Chanda every Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 4:45pm. She also has teaches numerous pop-up classes each month.
