Massage + Yoga

This unique class blends yoga, relaxation techniques, and therapeutic massage to help you release tension and reset your mind and body. We’ll start with a beginner-friendly yoga sequence to warm up our muscles with gentle movements. Then, using bolsters and yoga blocks, we’ll move into restorative poses held for 5–8 minutes each to calm the nervous system. During these longer poses, you’ll have the option to receive therapeutic massage from a licensed therapist or simply enjoy the yoga portion. Perfect for anyone curious about massage in a clothed, group setting, this class offers a relaxing and approachable way to unwind.
